New rectangular rapid flashing beacons are being installed at the following six (6) bike path and pedestrian roadway crossings within the City of Oregon. The safety equipment was purchased by ODOT through a safety grant and supplied to the city.

- Wynn Road
- Seaman Road
- Corduroy Road
- Cedar Point Road
- Bay Shore Road
The City’s Public Service Department applied for funding through an abbreviated ODOT safety grant for the roughly $60,000 worth of pedestrian crossing equipment. Crews from the city’s street department are doing the installation of these safety upgrades.
