Dear residents,
You may receive an ‘opt-out’ letter from Energy Harbor for the Electric Governmental Aggregation Program. The City is in the final year of a three-year contract with Energy Harbor and the rate is still 6.30 cents per kWh and will remain so through May of 2025. You do not need to do anything, nor sign anything, to remain in the NOAC program.
