Parking during Snow Events
During snow events, residents are encouraged to use off-street parking. By parking off the streets, snowplow crews can efficiently clear the streets of snow and ice. During major snowstorms, snow emergencies can be put into effect by the Mayor or the Lucas County Sheriff. At that time, all vehicles are required to be removed from the streets to enable crews to clear roadways safely and efficiently. Vehicles that are not moved during snow emergencies are subject to towing. For more information, please click here and scroll down to Snow Removal Policy
