If you recently received a letter from the City regarding your home’s water service line, this notice is part of a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirement for cities to identify the material of each water service line on the customer side of the curb stop.

You can help the City update its records by providing this information.
How to assist:
- Take a photo of the water service line at your water meter, clearly showing the pipe on both sides of the meter (similar to the example shown).
- Email the photo along with your address and contact information to waterservice@oregonohio.org.
If you prefer, you may also contact the Water Department to schedule an inspection by calling 419-698-7039.
